When I become a teacher, I will use Formative Feedback. Formative feedback is the ongoing, regular feedback provided to students during the learning process. It is designed to help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and target areas for improvement. The second feedback i would use is Summative Feedback. Summative feedback is the evaluative feedback provided after a significant piece of work or assessment has been completed. It summarizes the student's overall performance and achievement. After looking at the class profile I would use Formative Feedback by celebrating strengths and how that can build confidence, break down feedback into clear, manageable action steps, and use positive examples heavily to model expectations
