When i do part B to find terminal cashflows, My numbers wont come out to the same as the case study. My nopat after year

When i do part B to find terminal cashflows, My numbers wont come out to the same as the case study. My nopat after year 2017 becomes $21071 for year 2018, $21573 for 2019, 22088 for 2020, ect. I am wondering why my numbers are off. Also our changes in assets are -351 for year 2014. we did new assets for that year minus old. Please answer this question about Sterling case study harvard.
