a) how much pay the employee is receiving in relation to the work being done.

b) performance level on factors included in the job description.

c) performance should be determined based on the best performer; all employees should be compared to the highest level of performance achieved

d) only the highest level of performance for an individual should be recorded; people have bad days and should not be assessed on that
