When needing to find a qualified candidate i would post the job description on all platforms. Such as Facebook Job groups, the Jobs Instagram, Job platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, or show up at Hiring Events or host one on sight. Spreading the word to other employees if they know someone to bring them to us for a bonus on their part for finding someone qualified. It's all about your approach and how you go about finding a future employee. Making the job description look pleasing to work in this company would also work as well next to the benefits being amazingly good. Reply to this answer I would check every employee's files, backgrounds, previous jobs, and someone who already works the night shift. I would be very careful with choosing someone, they have to be reliable, they must have technology/computer skills. When I have a few candidates I would have a list of questions for them to answer so I can find my top 3 qualified candidates. Having 3 people would be better that way I have a full time, part time, and intermittent employee. Reply to this persons
