When reviewing Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in relation to a team, how do you make sure that all members are meeting the lower levels to be able to strive for and achieve higher levels?

Whereas if the team is not being motivated by the same level of needs will they be motivated equally to accomplish the task?

As a leader how do you work to get all team members at the same level of motivation without hindering the work-related task?
