When thinking about team goals, try to develop three to five goals. The goals can be about the task, the group process, or what members hope to accomplish working on the project. For example, is your focus getting a good grade, learning a lot about teamwork, or getting along with the other students? It is better to write specific goals rather than general goals. Objectives are the specific actions or criteria that relate to your goals. Objectives should be written so that they are measurable and
