When we examine this through a Christian worldview, in Philippians 2:3 Paul says, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves" (NASB) while the writer of Proverbs says, "The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them." Proverbs 11:3 (ESV)

The above verses instruct the believer on being ethical in your personal life, but with two different methods.How would you articulate one perspective on ethics based on these two verses? Is there an intersection between the two perceptions?
