When you can draw from your own experiences, including past conversations, you will be less inclined to "overthink" it, as a multimodal learner might be inclined to do.

So it's important, as you note, to "stay in the present" so you don't overthink it or analyze "way too far in the future."

I really doubt that the majority of people you work with are Multimodal. I think it's going to be more along the lines of kinesthetic with some visual learning styles thrown in.

With that said, what is one strategy you will use to make sure you are adequately explaining information in a way that everyone can understand?
