Where is "project from existing sources" it is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, $+$ i tried everything. its not under file, welcome screen doesnt exist, ctrl$+$alt$+$f$10$ does nothing or f still does nothing, This is the pycharm $2024\mathrm{.}1\mathrm{.}1.(3\mathrm{.}12)$ jetbrains.
