Which Accountant would you use if you were Carrie? and why

Carrie is the founding editor of a finance magazine, The Bond Trader, which has experienced a lot of growth in the last year. She thinks that now would be a good time to hire an accountant to help her reduce costs and is interested in having a budget to work towards next year. She knows she has to hire either a Financial or a Management accountant but is unsure which would be better suited to her role.
