As a project manager, I believe the executing role would be easiest for me due to my experience in managing teams, resources, and resolving issues. My problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and commitment to quality make me confident in my ability to lead projects effectively. Naturally, I am also a person who likes to plan and plan ahead, so I think I would also be successful in the planning and organizing stages. Which would be the most difficult? Explain your reasoning.
