While federal benefit programs have made progress toward hunger mitigation in the United States, there are still many who go without, and further, have limited access to healthy food options. Suggest how the government can improve access to food and fill in the gaps that exist in current entitlement programs? Should such benefits be limited to providing access to only healthy foods?
