While many companies have cancelled or postponed physical meetings scheduled for the second and third quarters of 2020 due to COVID19 outbreak along with government travel and meetings restrictions, FaceMeet India still wants to hold a Board meeting . Is it compulsory for FaceMeet to have physical meeting only or they can go for E-Meeting also? Advice with reference to "MEETING OF BOARD AND COMMITTEES" AND "KINDS OF MEETING".
