While Officer Ho is investigating Professor Myers for her speeding, he observes that she has cocaine in her car. (He clearly sees it and smells it.) Now Officer Ho arrests her for cocaine. He asks her questions about the cocaine, and she tells him that she also has rolling papers and more cocaine in a secret container in the car. He locates the container and adds on the additional charges. Professor Myers complains that the drugs (cocaine) were found in violation of her Miranda rights. Who wins this argument and why?
