While on patrol, Officer Jenkins was told by a neighbor of Aaron that Aaron was selling drugs. Asked how he knew this, the informant said that during the past few evenings he saw people come in and out of the house and that "those people are seedy and suspicious, and always look like they are high on drugs, particularly after they come out of Aaron's house."

The neighbor said further that he was in the driveway of the house one evening last week and smelled marijuana coming from Aaron's house. The informant added that Aaron had moved into the house about a year ago, did not have children, seemed to have no work, and yet appeared to live well; that Aaron and his wife refused to associate with anybody in the neighborhood; and that "they are simply weird."

You are the judge who Office Jenkins has asked for a warrant (to search the house for drugs) based on the information provided by this citizen informant. Will you issue the warrant?

Describe your though process in arriving at your conclusion, including consideration for reasonable suspicion and probable cause.
