Mr. Allen has sued numerous corporations, as he says, "I realized that the greatest trade deficit in America is the trade deficit between white corporate America and Black America," Allen says. "And this is by design." According to this NY Times Article "Few companies are forthcoming about the racial composition of their work forces. Only 40 percent of companies are transparent about the gender and racial makeup of their employees, according to Just Capital, a nonprofit that tracks corporations' social impact. And just one company, Intel, has disclosed wage data by gender, ethnic and racial breakdowns." Our questions for discussion are: 1. Is there a way to "level the playing field in corporate America?" 2. What are some ways that corporations can promote diversity and increase inclusion
