while three of a salespersons listings are active , the salespersons leaves the employment of one broker and transfers to a new broker. it is not a violation of the New Jersey real estate license law for that sales person to

a advise the sellers that the salesperson will transfer the listinfs to the new broker

b accept compensation when tbe salesperson listing is sold by the former broker during thr original term

c secure an offer on one of the listings as a represe tative of the former office after beckming licensed with new broker

d take the contents of the office files of these three listings to the new broker
