Whistleblowers do not have to hear, see and experience the occurrence of violations themselves, but of their own free will "blow the whistle" as a warning of danger or threat. However, not all whistleblowers receive awards for their courage in exposing fraud or injustice in the Indonesian legal system. Question: Based on the case information and Endin Wahyudin, Khairiansyah and Probosutejo, briefly explain the following questions: a. What is the uniqueness and specificity of the three cases b. What was the motive of the whistleblowers in disclosing the case (the alleged bribery)? c. Can the designation of a whistleblower be assigned to them? d.
