Frans Amanue 3. Samsul Alam Agus 4. Etc. Question: Based on the case information and Endin Wahyudin, Khairiansyah and Probosutejo, briefly explain the following questions: a. What is the uniqueness and specificity of the three cases b. What was the motive of the whistleblowers in disclosing the case (the alleged bribery)? c. Can the designation of a whistleblower be assigned to them? d. In answering the three questions above, did you consider their motives? Please explain.
