White fragility; white privilege; whiteness. These are terms that have garnered a lot of attention, especially since the summer of 2020. Think of when we hear the term "invisible knapsack" carried by white people in American organizations. Whatever we are to think about the notion of questioning white privilege, it is important to understand what is meant by these terms. Too often in today's society, people are quick to critique ideas that they really do not understand.
