Who cares about the budget?

For our homework in chapter 6, we will do lots of work with numbers and come up with lots of plans for the future. We can get too caught up in the numbers part of the budget process. This discussion is about the people part. For your discussion post, please explain who should be involved with developing the budget and why they should be involved. Please discuss why this is important. This original discussion posting should be made by Saturday night. Your follow up post should respond to another student's post and give your opinion as to what might happen if the people mentioned in the original post are left out of the budget process. This follow up should be posted by Monday Morning.
