L5185_Unit 8 Erol's Savannah Tour and Courier Service hires Burr Bunn to drive the tour bus for hourly tours around historical Savannah. Bunn has been red from two previous driver jobs for mistreating passengers. He has also had a DUI within the past two years, as well as two reckless driving convictions within that same time frame (although he currently has a valid driver's license). Erol's failed to do an adequate background check or check Bunn's driving record beyond the past six months. One month into his employment, a complaint is received from two passengers, saying that they smelled alcohol on his breath as they boarded the bus and that he physically assaulted them after abusively ordering them to stop talking (while he was giving the tour over the loudspeaker.) The passengers sought medical treatment immediately after the tour concluded and have medical evidence of bruises around their wrists and about their faces, a sprained arm and several days lost time from work for each of them due to their injuries.
