Who should be the determiner as to what format at interview is taking place? Should cost be a factor? Is it purely a cost/benefit decision? Does your answer have more flexibility comparing the victim of a financial crime versus a physical assault? Are there inferences that can be made if an interviewee demands that all questions be asked over email? Same question as above but what if it was a Teams/Zoom interview and the interviewee will not put their camera on
