Assessment instructions In this part, create WHS Consultation Plan that outlines how you will consult with others in your organisation regarding a chosen WHS matter/issue.

Examples of WHS matters or issues may include: * failure to consult with workers * failure to provide PPE * not undertaking health monitoring concerning noise.

Create a WHS Consultation Plan As a minimum your WHS Consultation Plan must include:

* A summary of the relevant WHS laws, policies and procedures about the WHS matter/issue, which will be discussed during the WHS Consultation Meeting. * A list of the individuals and/or parties that will be involved in the WHS Consultation Meeting. * A description of the purpose of the roles, duties and rights of the individuals and/or parties listed in b) above, according to the relevant WHS laws and organisation policies and procedures outlined in a) above. * An explanation of the extent of your role, rights and responsibilities for WHS consultation, including how you would provide support, following up to date WHS laws. * Explain in detail the procedures for the following: 1. Consultation methods used for sharing and discussing WHS information. 2. Methods for gathering and documenting feedback from individuals and parties. 3. Methods for documenting opportunities for consultation.
