Why do we study the standards of review in this course? In your answer, please explain what standards of review are generally, as well as how and why they are relevant to health policy. In particular, how does the individual right at stake limit the policy options available to address a given public health problem?

The goal is to demonstrate understanding of these standards in relation to addressing public health problems, and not to walk through the standards themselves.
