why should people be treated differently for frequent use of cannabis as opposed to prescription opioids, pills that help them control the affects mental illness, or other medication that helps to control the affects of any disability? There are people who are in this course or who you work with that are on daily medication right now to control the effects of conditions that might otherwise make them unemployable if not on a prescriptiveregimen.

As such, given that cannabis is legal at the state level (outside of the federal illegality argument), how do we resolve these differences and treat cannabis users the same? Or can we even treat them the same?
