Widdowson v. Rockwell. Stuart Widdowson was walking home from work along a sidewalk at 5:00 pm in Port Moody, British Columbia when he was struck by a truck. Mr. Widdowson suffered severe injuries in the accident. The driver of the truck, Bradley Rockwell, was heavily intoxicated at the time of the accident.
