Colleague's post:

The two organizational symbols within the agency are Heroes and Heroines because we rely on the CEO of Inlivian to approve or disapprove things; the CEO must oversee everything within Inlivian before it gets out to the residents. Also, the CEO is prominent in everything that flows successfully and correctly with the agency. The second organizational symbol within my agency is ceremonies. The agency celebrates workers for always working hard, keeping the residents on the right track, and being professional even on the days when residents can be challenging. Also, with the ceremonies within the agency, we always welcome events such as events for new employees and events for retiring employees. Also, we have building ceremonies and ceremonies for the youth that are a part of Charlotte Housing Authority to celebrate their achievements within the school year.
