Willy, a motorbike dealer bought a superbike from Paul for RM30,000.00 and repainted it to display for sale in his showroom. A buyer immediately bought it for RM55,000.00 and after using it for six weeks discovered that it had actually belonged to Kelly. The superbike was then impounded by the police as it had been a stolen one. Both Willy and Paul actually were unaware that the superbike had been stolen.
