Wilson gave West a cashier's check. West signed the title of his car to Wilson. West found that the check was forged. West filed a stolen car report. Two years later, the police found Tammy to hold the title of the car. Tammy paid her brother for the car after he saw it on a newspaper ad. Tammy was not aware that the car was stolen. West sued Tammy for possession of the car.

Should West gain possession of the car?
