With a power of attorney, the representative is authorized to complete all of the following actions except:

A- Endorse or otherwise negotiate a taxpayer's refund check

B- Represent , advocate, and negotiate on the taxpayer's behalf

C- Receive the taxpayer's tax information for the matters and tax years/ periods he or she specifies

D- Receive copies of the taxpayer's IRS notices and communications
