- 15% Investment in Helloworld in 2020 and 12% investment in Helloworld in 2021.

- $39 million reversal of impairment relating to the Groups investment in Helloworld Travel Limited. The reversal of the impairment has been recognised as an item outside of Underlying PBT consistent with the treatment of the original impairment.
