With the recent explosion of social media and expanding avenues for the way in which we get our news, we are inundated with stories about employee relations, legal cases, struggles, trends and a wide variety of human resources management issues. For the final paper in this course, you will conduct a search for a story or issue within the past 5 years that you feel passionate about. This can be related to any area of HRM that we will discuss this term.

read some research study examining the issue/case, discuss the trends in HRM that would impact that issue in today's HRM climate and how the issue could have been prevented or resolved. There is substantial latitude in the scope of this paper, however you will need to support your decisions with existing peer-reviewed literature.
