WIU is a 35-year-old single parent of five children. He works full-time as a security guard during the day and as a part-time comedian twice per week. He is well liked at his jobs and in the community. He is also a member of a highly respected security guard association. He dates two women, who are aware of each other, and do not object to the relationships. He was recently arrested for DUI and domestic battery against one of his girlfriends.

As a juvenile, WIU was found delinquent for physically assaulting his football coach and was placed on probation for two years, with additional conditions; such as, anger management, restitution, and 60 hours of community service. He successfully completed all conditions of probation. He was also charged with DUI while he was a college student at WIU, and received two years of court supervision at age 21. He successfully completed all conditions of supervision. Other than these offenses, WIU has had no other convictions on his criminal record.
