Please share a personal ethical dilemma from work or school and analyze how you addressed the situation.

2. Fully describe your ethical dilemma and how you addressed it (at the time). Note: Don't worry if you feel that you didn't handle it that well, you can analyze and describe what you would now do differently, as part of question 4. (3 points)
3. Referring to the video clip on Resolution Principles, do you believe that you used primarily Ends-Based or a Rules-Based principles to address the situation? Explain. (3 points)
