Why are those elements important for an infant or a toddler's physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development? Create list for infants and a list for toddlers. For each, describe five indicators of quality child care (example: ratio of adults to children, environment, etc.) After describing the indicator, be sure to explain why that must be in place and how the child is affected by it.
