This rationale is based on shared goals of the organization. · Gore encourages an innovative work culture- This is based on the culture of innovation. The rationale behind this management practice is having an open and entrepreneurial culture in the organization. · Developing leaders to handle the followers- This management practice is based on team work and effective leadership styles to make the workplace an effective one. The rationale behind this management practice is adapting transformational leadership style to improve employee engagement eventually leading to increased productivity.
