SIMULATION ASSIGNMENT #1: RECRUITMENT GUIDE ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION (15%)

Students are required to work in pairs for this Assignment. Find a partner from your class to work on this together.

Write a report describing how you will advertise the job to attract the right candidate audience. The report must include the following listed items -

Job Requirements Matrix - Outline an example of a job posting and a company and list it. Outline some examples of duties related to the job. Rate their importance. Also outline the key skills, abilities, experience, education, skill and other requirements to be able to do those tasks. At the end of it, list out the contextual performance, counterproductive behaviorsand adaptive performance related to this [articular job you have chosen.

Hiring Policy: what approach will you take in terms of internal and external candidate hiring for the role. Policy must be supported by research evidence.

Recruitment Strategy: Provide a description of the approach you will be taking to recruit for the position (e.g. job boards, job fairs, social media, print media, organizations, referral system, headhunters, internal posting) and provide a rationale for your approach.

Realistic Job Preview: If you had to, how would you give a realistic job preview for a candidate applying for a position that you had chosen in the Job Requirements Matrix.
