Woody went to Farmer Ted, the local grocery store, to buy some food for the party he was hosting on Labor Day weekend. He expected to have about 30 friends over. He stopped at the deli counter and inquired about the party planners. Each party planner detailed how many people it could feed. One of the party planners specifically stated "Party Planner for Forty." After discussing this with the deli clerk, Mr. Potatohead, Woody decided to order one "Party Planner for Forty" for his party, thinking it would cover the amount of guests he had. On the day of the party, Woody and his guests were eating the party planner food. Unfortunately the food didn't last long and most of the guests were still hungry. Woody had to order some food from the pizzeria to satisfy the guests' appetite. Later, he went to Farmer Ted to talk to Mr. Potatohead and complain that the party planner did not feed all his guests and he had to spend an additional $400 on pizza. Woody sued for breach of warranty. Decide.
