Based on your readings:

Come up with at least three to four examples from your own life (at work or at school) for situations when you were motivated and at least three to four examples of when you were not motivated.

Add a brief explanation of the situation to the provided table:

Address the following:

• What about the situation that motivated you for those examples that illustrate that you were motivated?
• What seemed to deplete your motivation or "deflate you" for those examples that illustrate that you were not motivated?
• For both make sure to also illustrate what motivational theory applies and why. See attached file.
