This paper is to focus on the reasons discrimination still happens in the workplace and the causes involved. By 2020 one would think everyone knows what is appropriate vs inappropriate behavior, yet discrimination still occurs...why? What are the factors that lead to workplace discrimination?

Be sure to provide at least 2 real situations where discrimination has been found to occur and think about what caused the discrimination and what could have been done to avoid the discrimination.
