the program must have the followings menus . use functions to do this program.

1. register . 2. cancel reservation 3. check availability 4. exit

if user choose 1

it should ask for first and last name

if the name is already been registered, it should say " your already on the list"

if 25 people already registered, it should say "sorry, it's full"

if user choose 2

ask for first and last name

if name found in the list, it should ask the user for confirmation if they want to cancel it with (Y/N) question.

if name not found, it should give an error message. "sorry name can not be found".

if user choose 3.

it should show how many spots are left out of 25 people.

if user choose 4.

it should exit the program.
