Write a C++ program that prompts the user to input 4 integers A, B, C and D and then find the result of the Multiplication

Write a C++ program that prompts the user to input 4 integers A, B, C and D and then find the result of the Multiplication of the two leftmost digits from each number.
For Example: A=123 B= 23569 C=99 D=55689
Output: 12 * 23 * 99 * 55 = 1502820
Note: Each number must contain at least two digits. If any number has less than two digits the program must prompt the user to input it once again.

Given two Arrays, A and B, write a C++ function to check if B is a rotation of A. B is a rotation of A iff the elements of B are the same elements of A after being shifted left n times for any integer n.
For example: if A={1, 2, 3, 4} and B={3, 4, 1, 2} then the function will return true because the elements of B are the same as A after being shifted left twice.
Note: You must use the following header:
bool isRotation(int arr1[],int arr2[]);
