Write a C++ program which makes the user to enter data for a ship, a company which boards dogs. The input should havea list of dogs currently boarded, whic includes a tracking number of the dog, the breed of dog , and the daily boarding charge for the dog. After the data is entered, the items entered are stored in a linked list and printed to the screen.

The program should ask the user for the input data. When the input of an item is done, it should ask for additional items for entry should be posted. If the user decides to enter more items, input data should appear once again. If the user chooses to end, the program should display the items entered. Include a heaer (.h) file.

Prepare a listing of the dogs with appropriate column headings. Align the data neatly within columns. Include the following:

the tracking number of the dog

the breed of dog boarded

the daily charge for the dog (2 decimal places)

the tracking number of the dog - integer

the breed of dog boarded character - array

the daily charge for the dog - double

pointer to next record pointer

One global variable may be used. This variable should represent a pointer to the head of the linked list.

Two functions should be included to perform the following:

insert an item into a linked list;

display the values of all of the members of the list to the monitor (as described in the output section);
