Write  a campaign to encourage vaccination, here are the steps that I would prioritize.

First, I would carefully choose an under-informed target audience. For this campaign, I am interested in reaching religious groups who don't use modern technology due to their faith, such as the Amish. I would use the Audience as a Person approach, which recognizes that a particular group shares the same vision and goals, including their beliefs about vaccination and related issues. In this context, I understand that the Amish value simplicity, humility, and family, so I would focus on the importance of keeping families healthy. While the Amish are often resistant to behavior changes that conflict with their religious beliefs or traditional practices, I would work with community leaders and influencers to share information about the facts, studies, and benefits of vaccination. Since the Amish prioritize face-to-face communication and interpersonal relationships over modern media, I would share printed materials such as books and newspapers. My campaign would emphasize the importance of keeping others safe by getting vaccinated, with a focus on protecting families and communities.

Secondly, to collect information about this particular community, I would use the Focus Group method. This option fits well in this scenario because the target audience likely has shared feelings about the matter. I would select about 10 people from the community with diverse backgrounds or professions, including younger individuals to obtain a comprehensive data collection. To create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, I would ask the questions in person and request permission to film the session to evaluate their overall perception and body language. The questions would cover topics such as their knowledge of the matter, their culture, personal opinions, and openness to scientific approaches when it comes to a significant threat like Covid. To strengthen my points, I would provide real-life cases. I believe that if a member of the community were to ask these types of questions, individuals might be hesitant to answer honestly due to fear of judgment or having a different point of view.

Thirdly, to address the theoretical foundation of the group, I would suggest that community leaders build positive social connections and mutual trust regarding health-related media. This social capital phenomenon would allow community members to access up-to-date information about the nature of rapidly growing and dangerous diseases.

Lastly, although the digital divide faced by some religious communities is not due to a lack of resources but rather personal beliefs, I would still propose the idea of having at least one station in the village where individuals can gather and access technological tools to connect with the world, specifically to help combat dangerous diseases like Covid-19 and save lives.
