Write a complete syntactically correct C# program that does the following:

- Use console comand line output, display a message asking the user to enter pay rate per hour and hours worked for an employee.

- Using console command line input, read two numbers from the keyboard and assign them to variables called payRate and hours respectively.

- Compute grossPay such that for up to 40 hours it is payRate * hours and if hours are more than 40 then it is payRate * (40 + (hours 40)*0.5)

- Finally display a message that says: This week you made grossPay dollars
