Write a formal business letter of 150-180 words in Full Block Format on any ONE of the following topics. (10 Marks)

a. You have just found out that a new company is building its headquarters in your town. To build this new building they will be needing lands. Write a letter to them, offering your land in affordable prices. Make sure you include an incentive and make your offer sound attractive.

b. The cricket bat manufacturing company you work for, has launched new retro cricket bats. Your job is to sell the manufactured bats to the cricket players. To do so, you must create a sales letter that will convince both new and former cricket bat buyers to attend. The task is to sale all five cricket bats at 500$ which is an excellent deal, since these bats regularly cost 150$ each. The similar deal was offered 2 years ago and many of the players were very impressed. Dont forget to let the potential customers know which types of bats will be available this season.
