Write a formal proposal writing

1. Pick a multinational company that must also operate and have a business in Canada 2. research about the company (briefly summarize the background of the company if doing EXTERNAL proposal) 3. prioritize the most significant and urgent problem(s) the company is facing (evidence required; meaning, citation needed to show that the problem is not made up) 4. analyze the available resources and context of the company (what budget do we have at the moment or in the near future, how much time and manpower can we devote to the project reasonably, what other foreseeable problems can occur while conducting the project you are proposing...etc.) 5. come up with feasible solutions to fix or improve the situation (again, your solutions have to be based on research - this means you need to search for case studies or other materials that show how similar problems in companies that are similar to the particular one you have picked have applied these solutions you are proposing. However, solutions that worked in other places or companies do not always fit the context of your company's situation, so you should explain how it could help and how you are planning to modify the solutions to suit the situation your company is facing.
