What type of products do they sell, where is their market, and how competitive is their industry. Explain the cost decision that was made, discuss public reaction, and any apparent fall-out or positive impacts resulting from the cost decision. An excellent resource is to look at the SEC.gov online EDGAR database and the company's current financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis reports. You are also welcome to look at their marketing materials found online, or the company's published annual reports as found on the internet.
