Write a function that takes a user score and returns a letter grade using nested selection statements for the following: If a user has greater than 90 they get an A, but if its 93 or less add a minus sign, and if its 96 or greater, add a plus. Do the same for B (80s), C (70s), and D (60s). Anything 59 or below is just an F.
